Storage method
Place the semi-ripe Avocados in a cool & dark place for a few days so that they can ripen & are ready to eat. A ready-to-eat avocado should be slightly soft when you press it from outside.
To preserve semi-ripe Avocados, place them in an air-tight container or tightly covered clear plastic wrap & refrigerate. In case the fruit has been sliced, place it in flesh-down in a container filled with water & refrigerate.
