Storage Method
The Dragon fruit will keep for a few days on the counter; if you want to preserve it longer, put it in a plastic bag and store it in the refrigerator. If ripe, dragon fruit can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week but will only last approximately 24 hours on the counter.
It can stay in the freezer for as long as you need it. But leaving it there for more than three weeks will lose a lot of its taste.
